When you open an older-version ArchiCAD project in ArchiCAD 17, all labels from the old version will be retained as-is, in appearance and function. The label options in ArchiCAD 17 have been streamlined, with some new functionality: to take advantage of this, you must replace your “old” labels with the new ones in ArchiCAD 17.
