The following is a description of the Door Leaf Type and Handle tab page of the Custom Settings panel for a “Hinged Door”, with sidelight and transom, from the INT ARCHICAD Library.
Door Leaf Type
Scroll through the preview panel to find a leaf style that suits your needs. Most of these are predefined; in some cases, you can adjust the width of the frame.
Grid-Style Panels
Choose the Grid style (H-V Grid, French Panel or Prairie Style) if you wish to specify the number of horizontal and vertical panes and the mullion configuration. For these panel styles, set the Position: place the mullions inside or outside the door, or run them through on both sides (“Throughout”).
Custom Door Leaf
If you have created a Custom Door Leaf, choose the Custom style to apply your leaf to the door.

Door Handle
From the pop-up list, choose a Door Handle if you need one. Set its height and its position (horizontal distance) from the opening edge of the door.
