Change List and Transmittal History

Two preconfigured Project Indexes are available for easy listing of Revision-related information:

Change List

A Project Index that lists all the changes in a particular project. Use the Criteria and Fields parameters of Index Settings to list exactly the data you require.

Transmittal History

A Project Index that lists Layouts by Transmittal Set and by Revision, and can also include Changes for each. Note that the Transmittal History list will include all transmitted Layouts - even those which you may have deleted from the project since the Transmittal Set.

Use the Criteria and Fields parameters of Index Settings to list exactly the data you require.

Transmittal Record

To create a Transmittal Record - that is, to list the contents of any given Transmittal Set - just adjust the Index criteria.

To narrow the index to list only the current Transmittal Set contents, use the Most Recent criterion for the Transmittal Set Date.
