To download SAF data files that are optimized for particular structural applications:

•or click the info link at the bottom of the SAF Translators dialog

Available content on this page, which will be expanded periodically, includes:

•SAF Material catalog in SAF.xlsx format for various Analysis Softwares (e.g. SCIA)

•SAF Manufactured Cross Section catalog in SAF.xlsx format for various Analysis Softwares (e.g. SCIA)

Download the package you need, then import or merge the file in the relevant SAF Translator dialog.

Note: The available predefined content represents extensive and comprehensive catalogs, including many items that will not be used in your specific project.

If you only need a limited set of SAF Materials/Cross Sections, consider creating your own SAF data file based on the external analysis software, which includes only the items you need:
