Radial stretch copy on circles

•Make a single copy of circles or ellipses: click Option (Mac) or Control (Windows) during radial stretch

–The new copy will be selected with the original (consistent with the behavior of curved walls and beams)

•Radial stretch now available from circle and ellipse nodes (previously only available from edges)

•Updated pet palette, with radial stretch now in the first row (consistent with other tools)
