Graphic Overrides By Renovation Status

Archicad comes with predefined Override Styles for each of the three Renovation Statuses.

To change these default styles, use the Graphic Override Rules dialog box (Document > Graphic Overrides > Graphic Override Rules).

See Graphic Override Rules.

Note: The Graphic Override Rules dialog box is also available from the Renovation Filter Options dialog box (click the “Graphic Override Rules” button).

The first three Rules (at the top left of the dialog box) correspond to the three Renovation Statuses: New, Existing, and To be Demolished.

Select the Rule for which you want to redefine the override style.

For Renovation-based rules, the “Criteria” panel is not editable. (Renovation Status is assigned to model elements individually, rather than by criteria.)

Use the Override Style panel to adjust the style settings for each Renovation Rule:

In addition to the override settings listed here, you may wish to include one or more additional override settings in your Renovation Filter. These can be chosen in the Renovation Filter Options dialog box.

See Add Additional Overrides to the Renovation Filter.
