Filter Change Notifications by Teams and Users
Teams and Users is a panel in the Teamwork > Change Tracking dialog.
By default, each Subscription tracks activities by “Everyone” - that is, all users joined in to the project. Whenever any user sends in a change that fits your Subscription criteria, you get a notification.
Note: You do not receive notifications for your own changes.
However, you can narrow the subscription so that you are only notified if certain selected users (or Team members) make the change.
1.Open the Teams and Users panel.
2.Select the Everyone item, then click Remove.
3.Click the Add button.
4.The list of Users and Teams appears.
This list displays:
•All users who are joined into the current Teamwork Project (displaying their Team name, if any)
•Teams (if any) which have access to the current Teamwork Project.
Note: “Teams” are sets of users, such as a Team of Structural Engineers, created for the “BIMcloud Project” containers on BIMcloud.
•To filter the list to display the Teams only: click the filter icon.
5.Select one or more Users or Teams, then click Add.
The subscription is now filtered to track only changes by the Teams/Users you have added.
