Element properties for Design Options

Use the following properties to find and manage element data by Design Option:

•Design Option Status

•Design Option Set

•Design Option Missing (see Design Options in Teamwork)

The following additional parameters are available in Labels and Schedules:

•Design Option ID

•Design Option Name

•Design Option Set Name

Design Options in Element Schedules

Element Schedules can list elements by Design Option. For example, it’s easy to create Option-based quantities lists (such as surface areas or number of bricks.)

To compare the results, create a schedule for each Design Option, then save each schedule as a view.
