Keynotes in Teamwork

To manage the Keynotes in the palette, users must reserve first reserve the Keynote palette.

Permissions needed to create and manage Keynotes

There are 2 new BIMcloud permissions:

•Keynotes - Create: New Keynote, New folder, Duplicate, Import and append Keynotes

•Keynotes - Delete/modify: Delete, Move (drag and drop), edit data (Key, Title, Description, Reference), Import-Overwrite

Permission needed to place Keynotes from the palette:

•Document tool elements

Permission needed to place Legend from the palette:

•Design tool elements
