Duct Info Box correction

Infobox: For rectangular duct dimensions, the input field order has been changed. Width is now entered first, followed by height - to match the more common practice.

Improvements to Calhydra Add-on

• Updating the system in MEP Designer to resize pipes also changes the nominal diameter of inline elements (e.g. valves) within those pipes.This keeps schedules with quantities up to date.
