Move connected elements

Save time when designing your MEP model: move MEP System elements on the Floor Plan without wrecking the connections, so you don’t need to reconnect elements by hand.

• When a connected standalone element is moved, the route automatically stretches or compresses to preserve the connection

• Even multiple connected elements can be moved - wherever possible and logical, the connections remain intact

Use “Offset Segment”, then the Move command to easily edit the route geometry for accurate results.

Note: To handle sloped routes, set the slope to zero before moving. Then reactivate the slope after the move is done.
