View MEP design in transparent architectural model

Now available in MEP Designer Studio too:

Using Graphic Override Rules: define the desired transparency for each architectural element.

As a result, you can visualize MEP systems clearly within the architectural context. You can now route, coordinate, and decide faster, without losing sight of the building around you.

  • Show the architectural model as transparent while modeling MEP systems—without constantly switching layers

  • Spot routing conflicts and coordination issues early

  • Architects and engineers work from the same, consistent view, minimizing misunderstandings caused by hidden elements

  • Built on Archicad’s familiar graphical overrides, it’s intuitive and ready to use

As before, color settings are intentionally not affected by this feature, since they are outside the scope of MEP Designer. Color settings for Graphic overrides remain controlled solely by Archicad/Archicad Collaborate.
