Display this toolbar from:
Window > Palettes > Quick Layers
The Quick Layers toolbar lets you quickly change layer status without having to open Layer Settings - for selected elements’ layers, or for all project layers.
The commands, from left to right:
•Show/Hide toggle: Reverses the show/hide status of all layers in the project
•Lock/Unlock toggle: Reverses the lock/unlock status of all layers in the project
•Hide Selection’s Layer: Hides layer of selected elements.
•Lock Selection’s Layers: Locks layer of selected elements.
•Unlock Selection’s Layers: Unlocks layer of selected elements.
•Hide Others’ Layers: Hides the layer of the elements that are not selected. (If nothing is selected, all project layers will be hidden.)
•Lock Others’ Layers: Locks the layer of the elements that are not selected. (If nothing is selected, all project layers will be locked.)
•Undo/Redo Quick Layer Actions: undo or redo Quick Layer actions (up to 10 actions).
