Am I locked into a contract?

Subscriptions can be canceled at any time no later than 48 hours before the subscription renewal date, Central European Time (CET). For more information, read our Terms of Service.

How do I cancel an existing order?

The original Customer and the Contract Manager can cancel the subscription no later than 48 hours before the subscription renewal date (CET). Use the Cancel Subscription function in the Graphisoft Store. Your cancellation takes effect at the end of the current subscription term.

Note: GRAPHISOFT SE corporate headquarters is based in Budapest, Hungary. All card and bank account charges occur in early morning hours in the CET time zone on the billing date, which may be in advance of the local date in your region. See Current local time in Hungary.

What happens if I cancel my subscription(s)?

  • If you have an Archicad subscription for a 1-year or 3-year term, with a single billing cycle: Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current subscription term. At that time, your recurring annual payments will be stopped. There are no fees or penalties for canceling a subscription. If you cancel before the end of the subscription term, the request is immediately accepted, but the actual cancellation will take effect at the end of the period, which was already paid in full when the subscription was renewed.
    Note: Refunds are not available for the remaining period of your active subscription term, because the subscription has already been paid in full.
  • If you have an Archicad subscription for a 3-year term, billed annually: Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current 3-year term. At that time, your recurring annual payments will be stopped. You are required to pay all three annual installments, regardless of when you submitted the cancellation. If you cancel before the end of the term, your request is accepted immediately, but the cancellation will only take effect at the end of the 3-year period. Please note that no refunds are available for the remaining period of the 3-year term, because you agreed to a 3-year contract.
  • If you have a BIMcloud subscription: Your BIMcloud will remain active until the end of your current subscription term. At that time, your recurring payments will be stopped, and your BIMcloud will be moved into a cancellation/termination phase for two weeks. During this two-week period, you can still reactivate your subscription if you purchase a new standalone subscription, or another subscription that includes BIMcloud.

I have Archicad, BIMcloud, and DDScad subscriptions. I want to cancel all of them. How can I do that?

No bulk cancellation process is available; please cancel each subscription separately, following the instructions above.
