How can I request a refund?
To request a refund, please open a ticket on the support.graphisoft.com site and fill in the required data. Customer Service will determine if a refund can be issued according to the Graphisoft Store Terms of Service (12.7, 12.8 and 20.3). Please note: Refunds are not available for subscriptions that have been renewed - only for a newly purchased subscription.
In the ticket, please provide the email address of the Customer and Contract Manager, the affected invoice number, and the reason for requesting the refund. You will get an automatic reply after the ticket is created, and our colleague will reach out to you within 1 business day to inform you about next steps.
