Term change and upgrade
I want to change the term of my subscription - for example, from monthly to annual. How can I do that?
We are working on the solution for changing subscription terrms. Meanwhile, please just cancel your existing order having the “old” term and initiate a new order with the “new” term.
Please note that your “old” term will not be cancelled until the end of the currently active term. Also, there is no refund for the remaining period of the active subscription term. Thus, you should initiate your new order when the current term ends.
I want to upgrade my subscription from a single Archicad subscription to an Archicad Collaborate plan. How can I do that?
We are working on the solution of the product upgrade. In the meanwhile, just cancel your existing order with the “old” product and initiate a new order for the desired product.
