This panel appears in the Fill Types Dialog Box (Options > Element Attributes > Fill Types) if you are creating or editing a Solid fill.
Opacity: Define a solid fill by assigning an opacity value to the foreground as a percentage (or use the slider).
View the result in the Preview window.
