Installer Log Files and Error Codes

After running unattended installation, the associated log files are found here:

Win

C:\ProgramData\Install.GS\yyyy.mm.dd.hh.mm.ss.log

Mac

/Users/Shared/Install.GS/ yyyy.mm.dd.hh.mm.ss.log

Error Codes

1: Not Supported Operating System, OptionFile syntax error, Invalid parameter, misc.

2: Installdir is not empty

3: Add / Repair not allowed in unattended mode, already installed

4: Installdir is in an Archicad or BIMcloud folder

5: VCRedist 2015 cannot be installed

6: There is not enough disk space in the selected installdir

7: In Add-on Installer: Archicad search detection error (Archicad not found…)

8: Installdir’s path contains invalid characters: <>”|?*
