Common Electrical Settings

All electrical devices have a Electrical Settings panel in their settings dialog. Use this panel to specify the main electrical settings for the selected electrical device(s):

Supply

Select the circuit for the electrical device.

Load Classification

Select the Load Classification for the electrical device, or leave it at “Not Set”.

Apparent power

Check this checkbox and fill out the field to its right to specify the nominal electrical power of the element (in volt-ampere - VA). If the box is left unchecked, no power load will be calculated for the element.
