BIMcloud SaaS with cloud license

Flexible options for cloud-based subscriptions

Graphisoft has introduced a new subscription type for BIMcloud SaaS that uses cloud licenses, instead of the traditional key-based licensing.

If your subscription uses cloud licenses:

• Your BIMcloud licenses and users are now managed in your company account - instead of the BIMcloud Manager
• If your company account includes user groups, they will be synced (groups plus their members) to your BIMcloud
• You can host guest users from other companies, who use their own portable license
• The cloud-licensed BIMcloud SaaS can support all versions of Archicad projects and DDScad projects. To enable support for older-version projects, switch on “Legacy authentication” at BIMcloud Manager settings.
• If you have activated multi-factor authentication (MFA) in your Graphisoft ID account, you can log in only to BIMcloud with cloud licensing, and only from apps using modern authentication (Archicad 27 and up, DDScad 19 and up).
