Simplified management

What can you do in simplified management mode?

In simplified permissions mode, you can assign users to one of three management roles: Project Administrator, Server Administrator, or Not set.

1. Go to the Users page of BIMcloud Manager.

2. Select the User.

3. Click the Settings panel.

4. At Personal settings, open the Management role pop-up and choose a role:

• Server Administrator

• Project Administrator

• Not set

For each of these Management roles, the table below displays the level of access granted to each root page of BIMcloud Manager.

• “Full access”: Contains all permissions

• “View only”: Contains the View item permission only
