How will I be notified when a renewal payment is due?

In case of annual (1-year or 3-year) subscriptions, the Store will send you a renewal notification email 10 days before your subscription renewal is due. The email will include the due date and information about the subscription fee to be paid.

Note: The system will automatically initiate payments, but only for subscriptions whose renewal date is December 2026 or later. Otherwise, please see: My subscription was renewed earlier this year (after January 16, 2025). Why am I getting an invoice now?.

Are my licenses automatically renewed when my subscription is renewed?

If your Archicad has an internet connection, the license for your Archicad subscription will be renewed automatically by the program without any action required on your part. Similarly, if you have a BIMcloud subscription, your service period will be extended automatically.

How will I be notified if a renewal payment fails?

The Store will attempt to renew active subscriptions on the billing date. If this fails for any reason, the payment will be re-initiated each day for a period of five days. You will receive a notification email about the failed renewal payment, the possible cause, and the suggested action.
