Use Options > Work Environment > Apply Profile > MEP Engineering Profile.
In the MEP profile:
•The toolbox displays the MEP tools (also available from the Design > MEP Engineering tools menu)
•The MEP Toolbar provides shortcuts to frequently used MEP commands
